APPLE PIE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
8 apples
1 tsp. apple pie spices or cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Artificial sweetener equal to 14 tsp. sugar (7 packets)

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Peel, slice and cook apples (slowly) in 3/4 cup water until tender. Add gelatin mixture, sweetener, lemon juice and spice to taste to hot apples. Pour into pie crust. 8 servings.
