1 lg. can of crushed tomatoes 4 carrots 3 med. turnips 4 stalks of celery Parsley 4 potatoes 2 onions Salt and pepper Oxtail Cook oxtail for two hours or more in about 2 quarts of water. Then add tomatoes, cut up carrots, cut up turnips, celery cut up with leaves, pinch of parsley, cut up potatoes. Add your onions also cut up and add salt and pepper to taste. |
