LEFTOVER TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken broth
Dash of nutmeg

Mix and heat slightly.

Add: 3/4 c. sherry 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 3 c. turkey, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 lbs. vermicelli pasta, cooked slightly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
