BAKED HAM GLAZE 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Mix and cook slowly until thick.

Baked Ham (Picnic ham). Have butcher (or you) debone ham and tie. Boil ham in water for one hour. Remove and slice off skin. Place ham in open pan and bake for one hour. Now make glaze.

After cooking ham one hour, spoon glaze evenly over ham, then cover with the crushed pineapple. Cook for 30 more minutes - slice and serve.
