PASTA SALAD | |
2 lg. red peppers (bell) 2 lg. yellow or orange bell peppers 2 carrots 1 head of broccoli 1 lb. of your favorite pasta (rotini or pasta ruffles especially good) Ken's Steak House Caesar dressing (lg. bottle) 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and set aside. Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse pasta with cold water and drain. Combine vegetables, pasta and 1 large bottle of Ken's Caesar dressing in large bowl and toss. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. A great salad to make the night before use. |
