BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. California blend vegetables
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Minute Rice
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz

Cook and drain frozen vegetables. Saute butter, celery and onion. Mix all ingredients together and bake, uncovered in a casserole dish at 325 to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Or you can microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Variation: You can use frozen broccoli or California blend vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
