1 large egg, beaten
1/2 c. half and half
5 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions
4 tbsp. marinara sauce
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 4 (8-ounce) ramekins with butter. In large bowl, beat together egg and half and half. Add pasta and toss to coat well. Divide pasta mixture among ramekins.

Bake until firm, about 15 minutes. Invert ramekins onto baking sheet and top each with a tablespoon of sauce and a slice of cheese.

Bake until the cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
