TURKEY-BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. instant mashed potato flakes
2 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (vegetables of your choice may be sub)

In a medium saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in milk, soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Gradually stir in instant potatoes. Cook until slightly thickened. Add turkey and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
