LASAGNA 
1 strip cooked lasagna
1/4 diabetic Italian spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 oz. cheese (American Cheddar), sliced and diced
4 tbsp. green pepper, sliced and diced

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Yield: 1 serving.

Exchanges: 1 1/2 bread, 1 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat. Calories: 287.
