8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Blend in double boiler, stir constantly. Fold in 4 egg whites that have been stiffly beaten. Take loaf unsliced day-old bread, crusts removed, cut into 1- inch cubes. Dip into mixture completely. Freeze immediately on greasy cookie sheet. Remove and store in plastic bag. Bake while frozen in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
