1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 can mandarin oranges, juice & all

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 layer cake pans, about 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Stir mixture with juice and all and frost the cool cake.
