OREO TORTE 
16 or 20 oz. pkg. Oreos
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (9x13 inch) pan

Crumble package of Oreos; save 1 cup for topping. Place in pan.

Melt butter. Pour over bottom layer of Oreos. Chill 1 hour. Blend 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, (Make sure it is softened.) powdered sugar, and 1 small Cool Whip. Spread over bottom layer. Chill 1 hour.

Add 1 large package of vanilla instant pudding with milk. Mix according to directions on side of box. Chill. Spread Cool Whip over third layer and sprinkle with remaining Oreo crumbs over top. Chill 1 or 2 hours.
