OST-PREUBICHE SCHMAND WAFFELN | |
1/2 c. butter 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. rum extract 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 lemon - juice 1 tbsp. sugar Powdered sugar, strawberries or canned peaches or raspberries and whipping cream for topping. Melt butter. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add flour, butter, sour cream, salt, rum, vanilla, sugar and ground lemon peel. Let stand about 15 minutes in refrigerator. Prepare waffle iron. Heat to medium temperature. Spray iron with Pam oil. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons into iron, bake for 3 to 5 minutes till golden. Serve with powdered sugar over cooled waffles, whipped cream and either fruit which is above over it. Each waffle approximately 250 calories. |
