DANISH TEA RING 
2 c. warm milk
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
7 1/2 c. flour
Butter
Cinnamon
Nuts or raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening
Brown sugar

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
Milk to make thin glaze to drizzle over ring
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve yeast in milk. Add sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and flour. Knead and cover until double in size. Divide into 4 balls. Roll until thin. Sprinkle with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Roll up and pull. Make rings and clip 3/4 way through dough. Put in tube pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. These can be cut into individual buns.
