CAVITINI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can mushrooms
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu Italian spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shell macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. curly or wagon wheel macaroni, uncooked

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage; drain off fat. Add onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes.

While meat mixture is simmering, cook macaroni for 10 minutes; drain. Put macaroni in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Stir in meat mixture. Pour spaghetti sauce over top and stir lightly.

Place 1/2 of pepperoni on top of that and sprinkle with cheeses. Top with remaining pepperoni. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
