BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. shortening
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. corn flakes
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Cream together butter, shortening and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a large quantity and freezes well.
