2 c. plain flour
1 c. salt
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients together. Cook until it forms a ball. Turn out onto a board and knead until smooth. Store in plastic bag.
