POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. carton sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese (2 c.)
1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes

Thaw hash browns 30 minutes only. Mix all together except chips in a bowl, then spread in a greased 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips or flakes over top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 12 to 15.
