CRUMBLE CRUST 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and set aside 1/3 of the dough for topping. Press remaining dough into pan as for single crust. Fill with desired filling (apple, cherry or blueberry).

Crumble dough for topping into bits and sprinkle over filling. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to moderate (350 degrees). Bake 30-40 minutes longer until crust is brown and filling is done.

Variation: use 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons milk.
