BAKED BREAKFAST 
1 lb. ham, cut bite-size
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed or 1/4 lb. Swiss & 1/4 lb. cheddar
10 slices bread, cut into bite-sizes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 beaten eggs

Mix and place bite-size pieces of ham, cheese and bread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix butter, milk, dry mustard and eggs together. Pour over ham mixture. Let stand 3 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bacon or sausage may be substituted for ham.
