ONE - DISH BAKED BREAKFAST 
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
1/4 c. water
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. non-fat dry milk
3/4 oz. quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. reduced calorie butter

Combine pineapple, water, and sweetener in an individual casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over pineapple. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Makes 1 serving - each serving is equivalent to: 1 serving fruit, 1/2 serving milk, 1 serving bread, and 1 serving fat.
