BAKED BREAKFAST 
6 eggs, whipped
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices bread, broken into pieces, crust removed
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked (or ham, cut)

Mix together all ingredients and place in 9 x 11 inch casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. (You can bake right away too) and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
