CHICKEN BREAST WITH SESAME 
6 lg. chicken breasts (boned)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tbsp. water
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Remove skin from chicken. Blend together egg, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken into flour then into egg mixture, then into seeds. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Add chicken and turn to coat with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until done. Pour soup over top and serve.
