MICROWAVE ORANGE BAKED CHICKEN | |
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate 1 env. onion soup mix 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 3 lbs. chicken In a pie plate, place thawed orange juice. Combine soup mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag and mix. Dip each piece of chicken in juice and then shake in plastic bag until well coated. Place chicken in a microwavable 12x18 inch baking dish. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave on High 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once during cooking. Serve 4. |
