MICROWAVE ORANGE BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 lbs. chicken

In a pie plate, place thawed orange juice. Combine soup mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag and mix. Dip each piece of chicken in juice and then shake in plastic bag until well coated. Place chicken in a microwavable 12x18 inch baking dish. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave on High 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once during cooking. Serve 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
