MICROWAVE BAKED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. cut up chicken pieces
Paprika

Melt butter in custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave (about 15 seconds at high).

Place chicken, skin side up, in a 2 quart glass baking dish - thin end to center - thicker to outside. Brush pieces with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with wax paper, cook on high 12 minutes.

Turn pieces over and rearrange. Cook covered 8 to 10 minutes at high or until done.

Remove from oven, cover with aluminum foil and allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
