PARTY POTATOES 
Very easy!

1 (30 oz.) pkg. hash browns (country style)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) can crispy fried onions (French's), crushed
12 oz. shredded cheese (optional; your choice)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush fried onions (I use a Ziploc bag and rolling pin).

Mix first five ingredients together. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
