MY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground round
1/2 lb. sausage
1 med. potatoes, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 onion, grated
1 green pepper, grated
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic (opt.)
1 c. barbeque sauce

Mix ground round and sausage. Add grated potato, carrots, onion, green pepper. Add slightly beaten egg and 1 cup bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, basil and garlic; mix well. Bake in 2 quart casserole, shaped in a loaf. Cover with barbeque sauce, about 1 cup. Cover casserole and bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
