JOSEPHINES 
3/4 c. soft lard
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. each salt, soda, cinnamon
4 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. chopped nuts

Cream lard and butter, add sugars. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time mixing thoroughly after each. Add dry ingredients. Add nuts. Place in a greased meatloaf pan. Refrigerate overnight. Cut down middle of loaf. Slice in thin slices. Bake on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 123 minutes or until light brown.
