BUBBLE AND SQEAK 
4 med. potatoes
1 sm. head cabbage
a lb. sausage links
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Peel and quarter potatoes; cut cabbage in wedges about 45 minutes. Before serving, in a kettle over high heat in 1 inch of boiling water heat potatoes and cabbage to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Drain. Meanwhile, in covered large skillet over medium heat, coat sausage links in 2 tablespoons water for 5 minutes. Remove cover and brown sausage. Well on all sides about 15 minutes. Add potatoes, cabbages, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes longer, turning occasionally with pancake turner. Serves 4. Great with pam of corn bread.
