2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. hot water

Mix all ingredients. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Makes 3 single pie shells.
