CHICKEN FONDA 
3 lb. chicken pieces
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. prepared Dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients except chicken together until well blended. Roll chicken pieces in mixture until well coated. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting several times.
