1 env. (1.25 oz.) onion soup mix
1 bottle (8 oz.) Russian dressing
1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves

Blend all ingredients in small bowl. Use as a glaze on chicken, ribs, kabobs, or hamburgers prepared on the gas grill. Brush on during last half of cooking. Makes about 2 1/2 cups glaze.
