BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 or 2 lbs. beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of asparagus or celery soup
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, cut in strips
Garlic

Brown beef and onion with garlic. Add both soups. Cover tight with foil and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Add mushrooms and sour cream to taste. Cook for another 1 1/2 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
