1 c. sugar 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese Cream together then add: 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon juice Beat together. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cupcake liner. Fill 3/4 with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until set. Refrigerate. Before serving top with cherry pie filling. | |
