AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 med. unpared apple, chopped
2 med. bananas, sliced
1/4 c. chopped dates (sugar rolled)
2 tbsp. fruit salad dressing
Lettuce cups
Plain or toasted coconut

Toss orange segments, apple, bananas, dates and fruit salad dressing. Serve in lettuce cups. Sprinkle with coconut.
