SCALLOPED CORN 
1 egg, beat with fork
1 stick butter, softened or melted
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole kernal corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Add salt and pepper

Mix with spoon. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Spray dish with a little Pam. It will raise so allow at least 1/2 of dish to raise.
