SASSY SAUCE CHOPS 
8 to 10 pork chops
black pepper
adobo seasoning
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. red pepper
2 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. water

Arrange chops side by side in baking pan. Put both green and red pepper, sliced, and onion sliced over seasoned chops. Add 1 cup of water. Bake in 400°F preheated oven for 30 minutes.

First cover pan with foil. After 30 minutes remove chops from oven, take peppers and onions off chops and place in bowl. Add barbecue sauce on chops, recover, bake 20 minutes. Now put peppers and onion back on top of the chops, bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
