CRISPY CRACKERS 
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 c. flour
1 c. raw wheat germ
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
1 egg white, slightly beaten

Combine oats, flour, wheat germ, sugar and salt. Add oil and water, stirring until mixture leaves sides of bowl.

Divide dough into quarters. Roll each on a slightly floured surface to make 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Place on greased cookie sheet then cut. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with garlic or onion salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Good with soup or cheese.
