HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
Oil
2 lbs. beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 c. sliced onion
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Brown meat and onion until tender, stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Thicken by using 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water. Mix and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Serve over noodles.
