6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, separated & at room temperature
1 tbsp. Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur
Zest of 1 orange

Melt chocolate. Cool slightly. Blend into egg yolks. Beat well and add orange liqueur and vanilla.

In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. With spatula, fold carefully into chocolate-egg mixture until blended. Pour into small bowls or glasses and garnish with orange zest. Serves 8.
