HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. plain flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes. Divide dough and put into greased pans.

SAUCE:

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix together. Place on dough.

TOPPINGS:

12 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground chuck, sausage, or 1 c. pepperoni
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green bell peppers
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. black olives

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes two 14 inch pizzas.
