HOMEMADE PIZZA 
(3/4) 1 1/2 c. very warm water
(1) 2 pkg. yeast
(1) 2 tsp. salt
(1) 2 tsp. sugar
(2 tbsp.) 1/4 c. oil
Enough regular plain flour to make a stiff dough

Combine warm water and yeast and let yeast dissolve. Add salt, sugar, oil and flour. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

(1) 2 lb. meat
(1/2) 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (with garlic powder and Italian seasoning added)
(1/2) 1-2 lb. Mozzarella grated cheese
Chopped onions (optional)
Chopped green peppers (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)
Black olives (optional)

If using sausage or ground beef, lightly brown in large skillet. If using pepperoni, slice into pieces. Grease 2 large cookie sheets or pizza pans. Divide dough and spread out evenly in the pans. Spread half the spaghetti sauce on each crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan and grated Mozzarella. Add meat and any optional toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
