SNICKER DOODLES 
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, pinch of salt. In separate bowl beat butter then add sugar then eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon flatten with glass bottom. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
