SNICKER DOODLES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 lg. eggs
2 3/4 c. cake flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Mix in order.

2. Form small balls.

3. Roll in mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar.

4. Place on cookie sheet.

5. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
