CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Boil broccoli until tender. Drain. Melt 1/2 stick butter and Velveeta cheese. Mix in bowl with broccoli. Pour in casserole dish. Top with sharp Cheddar cheese.

Melt 1 stick of butter and stir in crushed Ritz crackers. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
