CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cracker crumbs
butter
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 c. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli as directed, drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese, mix well. Add drained broccoli and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
