1 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Add sugar to butter. Mix in pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and soda. Gradually add to batter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
