CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 whole chicken breasts (skinned, boned, split), may be cut up into bite size pieces
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (crushed)

1. Arrange chicken in greased 13x9x2 baking dish.

2. Top chicken with the cheese slices.

3. Combine wine and soup (mix well).

4. Spoon this mixture over the chicken.

5. Sprinkle with stuffing mix, all over the top.

6. Drizzle with butter.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.

Great casserole to freeze.
