CHOCOLATE ICE BOX DESSERT 
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters, thawed
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 pt. (2 c.) whipping cream, whipped

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, do not stir until chips are melted. Add water and sugar to melted chips. Gradually add chocolate mixture to egg yolks. Cool and fold in egg whites and whipped cream.

Break up an angel food cake in a 9x13 inch pan. Put sauce over cake. (I take knife and move the cake in places to let a little sauce go down into cake); refrigerate. A little cut-up walnuts may be sprinkled over dessert. Serves 12.
