BEEF DINNER IN FOIL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. green pepper, cut in 8 rings
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
3 med. carrots, cut in 3" strips
8 cherry tomatoes, halves

Shape beef into 4 patties, 3/4" thick. Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Tear off 4 (1 foot) lengths of heavy foil. Center meat patty on each piece of foil. Divide vegetables among packets and layer atop meat. Draw up 4 corners of foil to center, twist securely. Bake over slow coals 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Pass catsup, if desired. Makes 4 servings. (Campsite meal.)
